API release: 'Create Item' action for sales order lines, calculation lines, and BOM lines

For sales order lines, calculation lines, and BOM lines, the action Create Item [s_create_article] has been released for the MKG API. More information can be found in the Data Dictionary: tables 'vorr', 'clcr', and 'stlr'.
