Shipping App (4 Efficiency Services)

The app works on all mobile devices, operates without wifi, and synchronizes automatically when connected to a wifi network. The app reduces errors and increases efficiency in the process, making it paperless.

The Integration

During Loading

The driver selects a packing slip, checks the loaded items, sets the status to loaded, and synchronization occurs in real time. A barcode scanner speeds up this process; for pallet stickers, all packing slips are marked as loaded. If a packing slip from the sales order is missing, the app issues a warning.

During Delivery

Select the customer and the packing slip(s); the contents appear for unloading. Sign off all packing slips in the app with a single signature; the app then returns to the customer overview. The packing slip is signed and emailed to the customer and synchronized in MKG, enabling immediate invoicing. No peak workload or delay in administration, resulting in more efficient use of FTEs.
