Report from any device
Link notification to a process
Automatic registration in MKG
MKG WebApps
MKG WebApps work directly with the data from MKG ERP. This means no duplicate entries, no separate databases, no additional links, and direct data processing. All registrations you perform via a WebApp are immediately visible in MKG ERP and available to other users. All MKG WebApps are built on the same standardized building blocks and technical basis. As a result, they operate reliably and the interface is recognizable and consistent everywhere.
Product Description
Reporting a deviation or problem should be quick and hassle-free. With the MKG WebApp Create Notification, you create a notification, link it to the process the notification pertains to, answer the questions of the notification type, and directly add photos. The benefits:
- Report from any device. Create a notification at the shop floor with your smartphone or tablet. Scan the QR code of the process, and you don't have to search for the link yourself.
- With or without reference. Link the notification to a process by scanning the code, or create a notification without a process reference when there is no process to refer to.
- Questions per notification type. Each notification type has its own set of questions. Mandatory questions are monitored, so a notification is only created when all mandatory data is filled in.
- Automatic registration in MKG. The notification, the answers, the link with the process, and the photos are directly recorded in MKG and immediately visible to other users.
With the WebApp Create Notification, you register a notification in MKG in 2 steps: first scan the process (optional), then choose the notification type and fill in the notification answers. After creation, you can still adjust the notification and add photos or files. What can you do with this WebApp?
- Create a notification with a reference to a process, or without a reference.
- Select a process by scanning or entering the code.
- Choose a notification type from the notification types set up in MKG.
- Adjust the description of the notification.
- Fill in the notification answers (parameters) of the notification type.
- After creation, modify and save the description and answers.
- Add photos and files to the created notification, with a document category per file.
