Dashboard 'BCO Exploitation Plan (8001)': general explanation

The purpose of the standard dashboard 'BCO Exploitation Plan' is to gain insight into the setup of budgeting for the operations in BCO. Based on the budgeted hours and the costs of the operations, the net price is compared with the price configured for the operation.

Parameters

  • Grouping based on: with this parameter you can choose on which field data in the dashboard should be grouped. A value of 1 groups data by hour type; a value of 2 by operation group.

Special notes

  • The exploitation plan provides a schematic overview of the budgeted hours, divided into 2 blocks. In the first block, the hours are divided per operation group. When you then click on an operation group, a detailed overview per operation is displayed in the block below.
  • On the 'Summary' tab, the operating budget is clearly displayed. The operating budget shows the minimum turnover you need to achieve to cover costs and make a profit. You can create this budget for internal use, but also for external financiers:
    • Net rate: the rate you calculate with.
    • Billable rate: the rate you sell at.
    • BCO net rate: the rate calculated based on the BCO.
  • In the 'Groups' and 'Operations' tables, the field Deviation Rate is colored red if the net rate deviates more than 1 from the BBO rate.

Add to 'My Dashboards'?
If you use this dashboard regularly, add it to My Dashboards and make this module available from the MKG Homepage. This way you create your own cockpit from the data in your database. How to add dashboards is explained in How to set up 'My Dashboards'.
